I recorded and edited an episode of McCormick's Flavor U Podcast where one of McCormick's executive chefs and product managers discuss The Flavor Forecast, McCormick's predictions for food trends, as well as The Flavor of The Year (similar to Pantone's Color of the Year). I edited this piece using Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition.
